We're Hearth.
Located in Denver's RiNo, Uptown, and Highlands neighborhoods, we're a bakery and coffee shop dedicated to providing our community with quality artisan sourdough breads, pastries, and coffee.
A focus on quality and sustainability is woven through our company and menus, and we source the majority of our grain directly from farmers in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Throughout his career, Hearth founder Matt Quinlisk has cultivated a deep appreciation for sourcing and milling local Rocky Mountain grains, seasonal Colorado-grown produce, and high quality flavors—a practice he continues at Hearth with the company's signature high-quality pastries, breads, and more, which have earned a loyal following throughout Denver.
